Please note that due to differences in monitor displays, screen settings and printing processes, colours on final printed products may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. We aim to produce the most accurate colours possible; however, slight colour variations are normal and to be expected. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on colour discrepancies between the digital display and printed product.

Due to the nature of digital and custom artwork, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is a significant issue with your product (e.g., damage during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All digital download purchases are final. Once a file has been downloaded, refunds and exchanges are not available. Please review the item details carefully before making a purchase.

Yamzi Design Studio Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may arise from using our products. By purchasing, customers agree to hold Yamzi Design Studio Ltd. harmless for any issues beyond the scope of our listed policies.

Custom orders are accepted and will be created based on your provided instructions. Once initial drafts are submitted, 1-2 revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Custom work may not be cancelled once the design process has begun.

For custom artwork, final approval from the client is required before printing. By approving, the client accepts responsibility for any subsequent issues.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated via email.

Once your order has shipped, any delays are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, but we will assist you in tracking your order, if applicable in your shipping option.
